1. Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about ZULTIV's training and assurance services. It is not legal, regulatory or certification advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for reading the relevant standard or taking professional advice on your own circumstances.

2. Our status

ZULTIV is a training and independent assurance provider. We are not an accredited certification body. We do not issue ISO certificates, we do not act as a registrar, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to certify an organisation. Where a certificate is required, it must be issued by an accredited certification body following its own audit.

3. Training programs

  • Enrolment is confirmed when we acknowledge it in writing and the applicable fee is received.
  • Schedules, trainers and delivery mode may change. Where a change is material we will tell you before the program starts and offer a transfer or a refund.
  • Any certificate of attendance or completion we issue records participation and, where applicable, assessment performance. It is not a certification of an organisation's management system.
  • Cancellation, transfer and refund terms are stated in the enrolment confirmation for each program.

4. Assurance engagements

Every assurance engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, criteria, timing, fees and confidentiality. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. Our findings describe what we observed within the agreed scope, on the dates of the work, against the stated criteria: they are not a guarantee of future compliance, and they do not transfer responsibility for the organisation's controls to us.

5. Intellectual property

Course material, templates, checklists, reports and the content of this site remain the intellectual property of ZULTIV unless an agreement says otherwise. Participants may use course material within their own organisation. Reproducing, reselling or delivering it as training to third parties requires our written permission. Standards themselves are copyright of ISO, IEC and their national member bodies, and must be purchased separately.

6. Third-party references

Standard names and framework names are used to describe the subject matter of our training and assessments. Their use does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, ISO, IEC, any accreditation body or any certification body.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a program or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Links

This site may link to external resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Contact
