Fueling Growth Through Learning

About ZULTIV

We are a Pune-based training and independent assurance company. We teach people to audit management systems properly, and we assess organisations that would rather find out where they stand from us than from a regulator.

Our story

Started because the training was not working

ZULTIV began with a frustration that anyone who has audited for long enough will recognise: sitting across from someone holding a lead auditor certificate who could recite the clause numbers and could not tell whether the risk assessment in front of them was real.

That is not the auditor's fault. It is what happens when a five-day course is a slide deck read aloud, when the "case study" is three paragraphs of fiction, and when the person teaching has not conducted an audit in years.

So we built the alternative. Practitioners teach. Workshops take up half the week. Participants write real findings on real documentation and have them marked. And because the same people who teach the audit also conduct assessments for a living, the examples stay current: they come from last month, not last decade.

Mission

What we are here to do

To fuel growth by delivering practical learning and professional credentialing services that empower people and strengthen organizations.

In practice that means raising the standard of auditing and assurance in the organisations we work with: teaching the judgement that certificates do not, and reporting what we find without deciding first what the client would like to hear.

Vision

Where we are going

To become a globally respected Learning organization that develops skilled professionals and builds trust across industries.

A market where a certificate means something because the audit behind it was rigorous , and where organisations treat assurance as something they want, not something a customer forced on them.

What ZULTIV is

A professional learning platform for Digital Trust

ZULTIV is a professional learning platform focused on developing skilled professionals in Digital Trust, Governance, Risk, Compliance and Management Systems, and on giving organisations independent assurance that what they have built actually holds.

Industry Relevance

Programs are written against what auditors, regulators and customers are asking for this year, not against a syllabus that stopped moving in 2019.

Practical Learning

Case material, worked evidence and real nonconformities. You leave able to do the thing, not merely to describe it.

Professional Growth

Every track maps to a role you can actually be hired into: internal auditor, lead auditor, implementer, privacy or AI governance lead.

Core values

Seven things we will not trade away

Values are cheap to print and expensive to keep. These are the ones we have actually turned work down over.

01

Integrity

The finding goes in the report whether or not it is welcome. A commercial relationship does not buy a softer wording.

02

Independence

We do not audit what we built. Where we have implemented, someone else assesses, and we will say so before you ask.

03

Practical Learning

Judgement over recall. If a session cannot be practised and marked, it does not belong in the programme.

04

Innovation

New standards get taught while they still matter. ISO/IEC 42001 was on our roadmap the quarter it published.

05

Quality

Small rooms, current material, trainers who still audit. Quality is a delivery constraint here, not a slogan.

06

Continual Improvement

Every cohort is debriefed and every report is reviewed. The course you take next quarter is not the one we ran last quarter.

07

Customer Success

The measure is whether you passed the audit, ran the programme or got the role, not whether you enjoyed the slides.

Learning philosophy

How we think training should work

Four convictions that shape every program we run.

01

Judgement over recall

Clause numbers are searchable. Knowing whether the evidence in front of you is sufficient is not, and that is the thing we teach.

02

Practise, then be marked

Nobody learns to write a nonconformity by watching one. You write them, someone experienced tells you why yours does not hold, you write it again.

03

Small rooms

Cohorts stay small enough that every participant speaks, presents and gets individual feedback. A hundred-person webinar teaches nobody.

04

Honest answers

Including when the honest answer is that you do not need our course, or that the certification you are chasing will not solve the problem you have.

Practical approach

What a ZULTIV week actually looks like

Two days establishing the standard and the audit framework. Three days doing the job: planning, interviewing, sampling, writing, defending.

Participants leave with the artefacts they produced: an audit plan, a checklist that is not a questionnaire, a set of graded findings, and a report. Those are the things they will be asked for in the first fortnight back at work.

Learn the requirement

What the clause asks for, and what evidence could possibly satisfy it.

See it done

A worked example from a real engagement, with the reasoning made visible.

Do it yourself

Your turn, on live documentation, against the clock, in front of the room.

Get corrected

Individual feedback on what you wrote and why an auditee would have pushed back.

Leadership

Who is behind ZULTIV

Founded by a practising auditor

ZULTIV was founded by a practitioner who has spent a career inside management systems: implementing them, auditing them, and repairing the ones that were built to pass rather than to work. The founder still leads engagements and still teaches, which is deliberate: the moment the person setting the syllabus stops auditing, the syllabus starts drifting away from the job.

Full profile, credentials and engagement history are available on request, and are shared with corporate clients as part of any proposal.

Why ZULTIV

Reasons people come back

Both sides of the table

We teach auditing and we conduct assessments. Each keeps the other honest: the training stays current, and the assessments are taught, not just performed.

Independent by design

We are not an accredited certification body and we do not issue ISO certificates. We have nothing to sell you at the end of an assessment except the truth of it.

No inflated claims

We will tell you when a course is unnecessary, when a certification will not fix your problem, and when a finding is worse than you were hoping.

Reachable

A WhatsApp message reaches a person, not a ticket queue. Enquiries are answered inside one business day.

Built for Indian teams

IST schedules, Indian regulatory context including the DPDP Act, and delivery on site anywhere in the country.

Support after the course

The first real audit is where the questions start. Participants can come back to us with them, and do.

Learn with us, or have us assess you

Either way, you will get a straight answer about where you stand. Start with a conversation, there is no obligation attached to it.
