What we collect when you contact us or train with us, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to ZULTIV, a training and independent assurance provider based in Pune, India, and to everyone who uses this website, submits an enquiry, enrols on a program, or engages us for an assessment.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: the name, organisation, work email, phone number and message you type into a form on this site.
- Training records: enrolment details, attendance, assessment results and any certificate of attendance we issue to you.
- Engagement information: the documents, evidence and interview notes gathered during an assurance engagement, which belong to the client organisation rather than to us.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, send you a proposal.
- To deliver a training program you have enrolled on, and to keep the attendance and assessment record that program requires.
- To carry out an assurance engagement under a signed agreement.
- To meet the tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Confidentiality of engagement material
Evidence gathered during an internal audit, readiness assessment or vendor review is treated as the client's confidential information. It is accessible only to the assigned engagement team, is not reused as a case study without written permission, and is returned or destroyed at the end of the retention period agreed in the engagement letter.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not proceed: deleted within 24 months.
- Training records, retained so that we can verify attendance and reissue a certificate if you lose it.
- Engagement records: retained for the period set out in the relevant engagement letter, and for as long as any statutory obligation requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also withdraw a consent you previously gave, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to info@zultiv.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Security
We apply the controls we teach: access to enquiry and engagement data is limited to the people who need it, devices are encrypted, and accounts use multi-factor authentication. No control set is absolute, and we will tell you promptly if information you gave us is affected by an incident.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service in order to fetch them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
