Corporate training

Public courses teach the standard. In-house programs teach the standard as it applies to your scope, your control set and the systems your people log into every morning. That difference is what makes the training stick.

Why in-house

Trained together, aligned together

When you send four people to four different public batches, you get four interpretations of the same clause and an argument at the next management review. Training a team in one room, on your own documentation, ends that.

We build the program around what you are actually trying to achieve: a first certification, a transition to a new edition, an internal audit programme that has to start next quarter, or a workforce that keeps clicking on things it should not.

  • Cheaper per participant above roughly eight people, and considerably more useful
  • Your own scope statement, SoA, policies and incidents used as the worked examples
  • Everyone leaves with the same understanding of the same requirement
  • Sensitive discussion stays in the room, no competitor sitting two seats away
  • Attendance and assessment records you can put straight in front of an auditor

Customised, properly

What actually gets changed

"Customised" too often means your logo on the title slide. Here is what we genuinely rebuild for an in-house program.

01

Case material

Workshops run on your documentation, redacted where necessary, so participants practise on the system they will actually have to audit.

02

Depth per clause

Time is reallocated to where your gaps are. If risk treatment is your weak point, risk treatment gets the extra half day.

03

Role-specific tracks

Auditors, engineers, HR and leadership need different things from the same standard. We split the cohort where it helps.

04

Sector context

BFSI, healthcare, IT services, manufacturing, the regulatory overlay and the examples change with your industry.

05

Schedule

Five consecutive days, five half-days, weekends, or split across shifts and time zones. Your operations do not stop for training.

06

Assessment

From a light knowledge check to a full scenario-based assessment with individual feedback, depending on what you need to evidence.

Delivery

Online, classroom, or both

Live online

Fully interactive, not a webinar. Breakout workshops, shared documents and live marking. Works well for distributed teams and multiple locations.

At your office

We come to you, anywhere in India. Best for audit-technique training, where reading a room and handling pushback are half the skill.

Blended

Theory delivered online across short sessions, then one or two intensive workshop days in person. Lowest disruption, highest retention.

Coverage

Standards and frameworks we deliver

If your requirement is not on this list, ask. Between our trainers and assessors we cover considerably more ground than a catalogue page can hold.

  • ISO/IEC 27001Information security
  • ISO/IEC 27701Privacy information
  • ISO/IEC 42001AI management
  • ISO 9001Quality management
  • ISO 22301Business continuity
  • ISO 19011Auditing management systems
  • NIST CSF 2.0Cybersecurity framework
  • SOC 2 & HIPAAReadiness and controls
  • DPDP Act, 2023India data protection

Process

From first call to certificates issued

01: Discovery call

Thirty minutes on what you need, who is attending and why now. We will tell you if a public batch would serve you better.

02: Proposal

Syllabus, duration, delivery mode, assessment approach and a fixed price. No per-head surprises later.

03: Material build

We take your documentation under NDA and rebuild the workshops around it. This is the step most providers skip.

04: Delivery

The program runs on your schedule, at your site or online, in cohorts sized so everyone participates.

05: Records and follow-up

Attendance records, assessment results and certificates, plus a debrief on what the cohort struggled with, which is usually the most useful thing you get.

Questions

Common questions from L&D teams

There is no hard minimum, but below about eight participants a public batch is usually better value for you. Above that, in-house is normally cheaper per head. We will do that arithmetic honestly on the discovery call.

Yes, always, and before anything is shared. Material built for you is used only for your program, and client documentation never appears in another organisation's course.

We can, with one condition: where we have trained or advised on a scope, we keep our assurance work independent of it and will say so plainly. Independence is the only thing that makes an assessment worth commissioning. See Assurance.

Yes: a ZULTIV certificate of attendance, or of successful completion where the program includes an assessment. Note that ZULTIV is not an accredited certification body and does not award third-party credentials in its own name.

Yes. Split-shift and multi-region delivery is common, typically short daily sessions in an overlap window rather than one long block. Tell us where your people are and we will build the schedule around it.
